Own Your Domain
Every engineer owns a vertical slice of the platform end-to-end: from database schema to API to UI. No throwing code over the wall. You build it, you run it, you improve it.
Move Fast, Don't Break Things
Speed matters, but so does quality. We use Guardian Protocol, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ship fast without sacrificing reliability. 80%+ test coverage is the standard.
Dogfood Everything
We use our own platform (tenant #1) for internal operations. If a feature isn't good enough for us to use daily, it's not good enough for customers.

Senior Rust Engineer
Backend ServicesBuild and maintain our 7 Rust microservices (Axum, Spanner, gRPC). Focus on Auth, Platform, or Commerce services. Experience with distributed systems and database design required.
Senior Go Engineer
API GatewayOwn the Go API Gateway — request routing, authentication, rate limiting, GraphQL, and proxy middleware. High-throughput, low-latency work at the edge of the system.
Python AI/ML Engineer
AI PlatformBuild and train Pantheon AI agents using LangGraph. Develop the ACP Router, implement agent workflows, and integrate with the Founder app. Deep ML + production engineering.
Senior Flutter Engineer
FrontendBuild production UIs across our 17-shell architecture. Deep experience with Riverpod, GoRouter, and responsive design. You'll ship screens used by restaurant staff, business owners, and platform admins.
Cloudflare Workers Engineer
Edge PlatformBuild and maintain edge workers for AI proxy, chat, vision inference, and analytics aggregation. Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, and edge computing patterns.
Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer
PlatformOwn our Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build), and multi-project GCP deployment. Keep the platform running at 99.9%+ uptime across dev, staging, and production.
Product Designer
DesignDesign production-ready interfaces for restaurant staff, business owners, and platform administrators. Deep understanding of dark themes, data-dense UIs, and touch-first design for tablets and kiosks.
